At BrainyBox, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand by our commitment to quality. While it’s rare for our products to arrive damaged or defective, we understand that issues may arise. To strengthen our “Bond of Trust” with our customers, we offer a Return & Refund Policy to ensure a smooth resolution in case of any concerns.

Return Policy

Customers can return products only if there is an issue with the delivered item. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, BrainyBox will replace it with a fresh one.

Conditions for Returns:

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

The return request must be made within 3 days from the delivery date. 
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all tags, user manuals, warranty cards, and accessories. 
Products will be inspected by the BrainyBox team before approval for a refund or replacement.
Digital products (e-books, online courses, or any e-services) and damages due to neglect or misuse are not eligible for return.
If the item was part of a promotional bundle or came with a free gift, the free item must also be returned. 
If the replacement product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

For eligible locations, we offer a pick-up service.
For other locations, customers will need to send the product back to our office.
Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the return, our team will verify the product's condition. If approved, we will process a replacement or refund.
