Any short-term or long-term promotional activity or offer(s) are by default valid for a single order within the offered time frame under any specific account on brainyboxbd.com. Any repetitive or suspicious or abusive practice during any offer or promotion might result in a canceled order & BrainyBoxBD reserves the right to do so to protect the rights & benefits of other users. An account that tends to abuse any offer by any means on the platform can also get terminated to maintain hygiene factors on the platform. The automated abuse detection technology that BrainyBoxBD has can also be enforced at any time without any sort of prior notice.

Except where noted otherwise, the price displayed for products and packages on BrainyBoxBD represents the current selling price on the Website.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item or package sold by BrainyBoxBD is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If the correct price is lower than our stated price, we will either refund the excess amount or adjust the price accordingly.

Products or packages in your cart on the Website will reflect the most recent price as displayed on the Product’s information webpage on the Website. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the Product when you first placed it in your shopping cart. Placing a Product in your shopping cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that a Product’s price may vary between the time you place it in your shopping cart and the time you place the order.

Try to cross-match with us before doing any kind of payment. As we source items for our packages, prices can be subject to change from our suppliers, which may affect our pricing at any time. If you pay before our confirmation, then you may have to pay an increased amount to receive the product (if the price was changed).

Given that we operate as a non-manufacturing entity, we exclusively source products from authorized suppliers. While we strive to maintain accurate or update inventory levels (e.g., Product photos, Prices, specific toy components, packaging) on our website, occasional stock-outs or variations in individual toy components within a package may occur due to the dynamic nature of our supply chain. In such instances, we adhere to our established refund and return policy, ensuring that customers receive reimbursement for any payable amounts or are offered suitable alternatives.

If you find any mismatch in Product price, Photos, included toys, or Package details on our website, then you can let us know about this, and we will update it immediately if there is any issue found.

Delivery Process and Timing:

BrainyBoxBD offers delivery services.

Inside Dhaka Metro Delivery National Delivery (Outside Dhaka Metro)

If the consumer wants, then he/she can order from inside and outside Dhaka.

Inside Dhaka metro, BrainyBoxBD will deliver the product as per the delivery policy. Outside Dhaka Metro, a courier service will deliver the product to consumers or consumers will collect the product from the nearest courier service hub and it may take 2 to 7 working days, depending on location and courier service.

BrainyBoxBD aims to maintain efficient delivery times. However, causes like bad weather, natural disasters, political unrest, and other unwanted situations may hamper delivery time.

For outside Dhaka metro delivery, while we facilitate the shipment, BrainyBoxBD will not take responsibility for delays caused by the courier service. The selected courier service will be responsible for the delivery timeline once the package is handed over to them.

There is an option of selecting an extra security feature safety box/packaging for delicate items; for this option, an extra charge will be added to the total amount. If the customer doesn’t select extra safety, then BrainyBoxBD will not take any liability if the product is damaged or broken during the courier procedure, provided the standard packaging was adequate for shipment.

For more safety, consumers are encouraged to make an unboxing video for further reference; otherwise, any claim for damage to that product or order may not be accepted.

Inside Dhaka Metro: BrainyBoxBD offers several payment options in Dhaka:

National / Outside Dhaka Metro: For National Delivery, BrainyBoxBD primarily uses an online payment system (condition applied). For an online payment system, consumers will have payment options like:

Consumers may be required to pay a partial amount in advance for certain order values (e.g., BDT [Specify Amount] non-refundable in advance for purchases less than BDT [Specify Amount]), with the rest payable upon delivery to the courier. Alternatively, consumers can pay the full amount (including the delivery charge) through online payment options before dispatch. Specific advance payment requirements will be stated at checkout.

There may be an agreement for conditional payment for the partial payment system where the courier service company receives a percentage of the amount collected on delivery.

Order Acceptance Compliance:

Customer can place an order from any channel like App, web, social media, etc. After placing the order, that order status will be “Pending”. Our team will check the order items stock availability, package contents, price change issue, and shipping details. After verifying the compliance process, if we are able to provide the products, then the BrainyBoxBD team will accept the order. Before accepting any order, that order will not be considered a Valid order to be delivered. For making any changes, our Team will surely contact you (Reach you) for your permission like Item changes within a package, Suggesting alternative items (if applicable), Price changes issues, Address confirmation, etc. Once the order has been accepted, only then will the order go to the delivery department to dispatch. BrainyBoxBD reserves all rights to cancel any order from any stage (especially at pending) for e-Commerce guidelines and BrainyBoxBD’s own compliance policy (e.g., stock unavailability, payment issues, invalid address, suspected fraud).
