Prices listed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate when placing an order, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Shipping & Delivery
We work hard to get your little one's new favourite toy to your doorstep as quickly as possible! Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location within Bangladesh. While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery windows, occasional delays caused by weather, public holidays, or courier conditions may happen and are beyond our direct control. If your order is delayed or you haven't received a tracking update, our friendly customer support team is always happy to help. Please note that BrainyBox is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit once the order has been handed over to the delivery partner.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Your satisfaction is everything to us! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We'll do our absolute best to make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund. Please note that returns are only accepted for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns. Customised or sale items may also be subject to different return conditions — our team will always be transparent with you about this.
